Tanview Safaris

“Tanview Safaris” refers to our company, its employees, and representatives.

“Client” / “You” refers to the person or group booking a safari or related services with us.

“Services” refers to safaris, tours, accommodations, transportation, or any related experiences provided by Tanview Safaris.

A booking is only confirmed upon receipt of a deposit as specified in your quotation or invoice.

The balance payment must be settled before the start of your safari unless otherwise agreed in writing.

By confirming a booking, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.

Payments can be made via bank transfer, credit card, or other approved methods.

All bank charges and transfer fees must be covered by the client.

Prices are quoted in US Dollars (USD) unless otherwise stated.

Cancellations must be made in writing via email.

Cancellation charges are applied as follows:

Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 30 business days.

Tanview Safaris reserves the right to make changes to the itinerary due to weather, park regulations, road conditions, or safety reasons.

Wherever possible, alternative arrangements of equal value will be provided.

All clients must arrange comprehensive travel insurance covering medical expenses, trip cancellation, delays, lost luggage, and personal accidents.

Tanview Safaris is not liable for any costs arising from lack of insurance.

Tanview Safaris will take every measure to ensure your safety and comfort.

We are not liable for:

• Illness, injury, or death
• Loss or damage to personal property
• Delays or cancellations caused by natural disasters, weather, strikes, or political events beyond our control

Participation in activities such as game drives, walking safaris, or mountain climbing is at the client's own risk.

Clients are responsible for ensuring they are in good health and fit for the safari.

Any pre-existing medical conditions must be disclosed before booking.

Clients must comply with the laws, park rules, and safety instructions of guides and rangers.

Accommodation is provided as per the safari itinerary (lodges, camps, or hotels).

Tanview Safaris reserves the right to substitute accommodations of a similar or higher standard if necessary.

Vehicles used are 4x4 safari vehicles, maintained to a high standard, with professional driver-guides.

Tanview Safaris may use photographs or videos taken during safaris for marketing purposes, unless the client objects in writing before the safari.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the United Republic of Tanzania.

Any disputes shall be resolved under Tanzanian jurisdiction.
